SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from India. While orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Returns and Refunds are not possible against any orders
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled
- Orders once placed cannot be returned nor refunded
EXCHANGES
- Orders can be exchanged for size and faulty pieces only
- Orders can be exchanged within 7 days of the order being placed/delivered whichever is earlier
- We ask that you initiate an exchange by writing us at orders@cosmoanges.com within 7 days of the order being placed/delivered
- Every exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would further be approved/declined for an exchange
- COSMOANGES reserves the right not to accept an exchange if:
1. The item/s are returned after use
2. The items are damaged - If you have received a defective item, please share images at orders@cosmoanges.com and our team shall get back to you at the earliest
- The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with tracking ID sent to our team at orders@cosmoanges.com on the email thread. If the item is faulty, we shall refund your shipment charges
- Once we receive the returned item and post approval, our team shall process the exchange within 7-14 business days
- Exchanges can be done for sizing issue/faulty on an item only once
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your size is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit; which shall be sent to you over email
- The store credit will be valid for 6 months
